* Added some comments to the functions include.
* Flag bits are now included in defines.
* Removed unused HeaderEnd define.
* Added clearFlags and drawGrid library functions.
* No tests current being run in it.
* Moved LCD disable/enable into macros.
* Created memset function, modified fillTile to use it.
* Changed the stack pointer in callRet to $e000 to ensure that LD SP
functions as expected.
* Moved the clear logo function into the functions file (and fixed a bug
that caused it to skip the first byte).
* Include LCD disable/enable process in clearLogo so it can be called with
reckless disregard. :)
* Changed REPT blocks to simple DS declarations.
* Removed common link layout file. The only reason it was there is because
my local install of RGBDS was off kilter.
* The common header now jumps to a label instead of a static address.
* Switched to using local labels. That was another thing that was weirdly
broken in my previous RGBDS build.
